I couldn't believe my eyes today when I was in the Benghazi airport and saw real live retractable belt dividers to keep people in line!! OK it was only for the Turkish Airlines flight, but still what an improvement. No crazy pile of people at the counter all shoving to be next.
Sure there are lots of problems in Benghazi these days, but also lots of these little improvements that give us hope!

something so simple makes such an improvement! I went to a pharmacy in Tripoli that has a number machine, each customer gets a number and they are called out by an automated recording. No one was fighting or pushing... it all felt so civilized! There is hope!
